“One India One People”—The Magazine

To ignite the mind of every right thinking Indian, OIOP has been publishing a unique, thought-provoking monthly magazine called “One India One People” since the time the Foundation was established. In the issues published so far, we have covered socially relevant themes such as poverty, literacy, law and justice, health, corruption, corporate social responsibility, spirituality, managing disasters, public interest litigations, terrorism, water, accountability, etc. Eminent writers and professionals contribute to the magazine. The idea is to make people think about the problems of our country and to act upon them.

The USP of the magazine is its two popular sections Know India Better and Great Indians. Through these two sections, OIOP has been trying to propagate a larger cause, which is to preserve the Indian values, traditions and culture. Know India Better, as the name suggests is a 12-pg colour section that takes readers on a discovery of India. It covers various states, union territories, monuments, people, places of interest that highlight the rich heritage of India and make every Indian proud of his/her country. Great Indians is a section that profiles the lives of three great Indians who have made significant contribution to society and left their indelible mark on Indian soil.
