One India One People is a unique monthly magazine being published since August 1997. Relauched in August 2002, the new look magazine is contemporary in both design and content.

Targeted at the educated and concerned Indian, the Magazine has tried to maintain the best standards. Each issue has a long shelf life and can be preserved for the wealth of information and views stored within.

The objective of this monthly is to sensitize every Indian, more so the policy-makers and the decision-takers, to concerns that trouble the nation and hinder its progress. It also highlights the rich and varied heritage of the nation.

Leading experts, writers and the ordinary concerned citizen have all lent a hand by contributing valuable articles.

Each issue of the magazine is devoted to a burning problem or vital theme. Topics of national importance are taken up. E.g. population, accountability in public life, alleviation of poverty, education, gender justice, rural India, nuclear power etc. Past issues have featured subjects such as corruption, judicial & electoral reforms, public accountability, Kashmir, globalization, rural development etc.

Through its column 'Great Indians', every month the magazine profiles three Indians who have contributed to the betterment of India - be it in the area of freedom struggle, politics, science, technolgoy, theatre, music... .

Another important and unique characteristic of the Magazine is the 10-page colour feature 'Know India Better' which introduces the reader to places and monuments of India which can make every Indian proud.
